Program Overview

Sessions are held Tues, Wed, & Thurs throughout the school year.  Tuesdays are held at Juana Briones Elementary (JBE), Wednesdays & Thursdays at Barron Park Elementary (BPE).

Fall semester sessions begin on 02 Sep 2026 and end on 17 Dec 2026.  If you've never tried Exploration AfterSchool, your first session is free.

Sessions run for a duration of 2 hours:

  • JBE, Tuesdays, 2:20-4:20pm (14 sessions, Sep 8 - Dec 15)

  • BPE, Wednesdays, 1:25-3:25pm (14 sessions, Sep 2 - Dec 16)

  • BPE, Thursdays, 2:20-4:20pm (15 sessions, Sep 3 - Dec 17)

No sessions are held on school and federal/ state holidays.  

Program Fees

Fees vary depending on the program option you choose. 

  • Full Semester:  Pay for all sessions up front at 15% discount

  • Monthly:  Pay monthly,  $43 * # sessions/ month​

  • Drop in:  Drop in as needed (15% additional fee).  Pay monthly according to number of sessions attended. 

  • Additional 15% discount offered for multiple days attended. 

  • Additional 15% discount offered for multiple children enrolled.
